The John O’Brien Heritage Museum is a dedication to Father Patrick Hartigan, a Catholic priest and bush poet who wrote many of Australia’s best known bush poems.
Incorporating the spirit of the bush into his poems, he wanted to promote the lives of the early Irish catholic/colonial history by looking at how they lived their lives.
Come step back in time and explore a piece of Australia’s history!
